Booking stamp – Useful helpers in the bookkeeping

Booking stamps are used in companies in accounting, hence the name. They contain various specifications, including the necessary account assignments, cost centers, bank names, or the verification of the factual and mathematical accuracy of an invoice. The posting stamp is structured in table form and can cover several accounting activities at the same time. The advantage of this is that all necessary details can be noted on an invoice. Now the software controls a laser, which in turn generates the printing plate. So the data is applied to a rubber by laser. The laser can also draw very fine lines, the accuracy reaches up to 0.08 mm, which is quite astonishing and usually cannot be fully exploited for a booking stamp. This printing plate is then applied to the stamp. Sometimes a layer of foam rubber is put between wood and printing plate or plastic and printing plate, so that the stamp result is really satisfactory. On the front side of the stamp we put an imprint of the stamp so that you can easily distinguish it from other stamps.
